| Project Description | Offering baseball, basketball, football, judo and volleyball participation to more than 4,200 Racine County youths of all economic backgrounds, Racine Youth Sports is run by one full time, paid director (Dan Nicholson) and an extensive group of volunteers and paid part-time staff. The board of this organization is looking to expand staffing. Potential new positions might include Assistant Sports Director and Administrative Assistant. They need help with job descriptions and a staffing plan (recruiting & selecting) for the two new positions, as well as a succession plan for the Sports Director position. |
