David teaches a variety of courses listed below. He received his graduate
degree from the University
of St. Thomas
in St. Paul,
Minnesota
and his B.A. degree in English and American literature from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. As a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, he
educated teachers in the Republic of the Philippines (1996-1998). David
also spent a short stint - half of a year - in Berlin,
Germany, from May-October
1989 working for the U.S. Army as a civilian employee shortly before the fall
of the Berlin Wall in November 1989.
