NRHH
The National Residence Hall Honorary is an organization that recognizes leaders and serves in the community. Members are selected based on their school's criteria for induction based on the four pillars of NRHH:
- Service

- Leadership
- Scholastics
- Recognition
Inducted members are then NRHH members for life. Members of NRHH must live on-campus. In order to be inducted, one must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, live on campus for one full school year, and complete two service projects and an OTM.
Each chapter of NRHH has a communications coordinator who receives all information important to NRHH and sits in board room during regional and national conferences.
"Top 1% of on-campus leadership. We're on top!"

WHIL
The Wisconsin Honorary of Involved Leaders is Wisconsin's statewide NRHH. Membership selection for WHIL has the same criteria as NRHH. The NRHH Communications Coordinator also acts as the WHIL Communications Coordinator, which means that they attend and sit in board room during WURHA (Wisconsin United Residence Hall Association) affiliated conferences, BLT (Bringing Leaders Together), WURHA, and French Dip. Other NRHH/WHIL members are able to attend the WURHA conference with the Communications Coordinator.
