INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE

·         Company: Kraft Foods, Inc.

        Position:  Director, Year 2000 Program Office

January 1997 to April 1999

Duties:  Program Office was responsible for project planning and monitoring, status reporting, financial controls, communications, compliance certification, business partner assessment, contingency planning, vendor systems compliance and general administration.

Position:   Director, Application Development Technology

May 1995 to January 1997

Duties:  Design and maintain the application development architecture. 

Position:   Director, SAP Competency Center

        January 1995 to May 1995

        Duties:  Establish the technical environment for the SAP system.  The SAP project at Kraft was cancelled in May 1995.

 

        Position:   Director, Information Technology and Research

July 1987 to January 1995

Duties:  Responsibilities included mainframe hardware, software and operations, plant hardware and software, PC/LAN support, help desk, database technology, development support, telecommunications, administration and finance. Annual budget was over $10,000,000.  In January 1995, Kraft consolidated I.T. staffs.
