My research sites include the mixed-conifer old-growth forests in North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, montane grasslands in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, riparian corridors in central Arizona and Great Lakes Basin in Wisconsin, ponderosa pine forests in the Black Hills, North Dakota, and the oak savanna in southeast Wisconsin.
